You can get them as drops from Antarctica flights:

I don't think they are giftable. Maybe from Android?
They are not to be confused with the similar Video Wall and Video Board.

Neil ellor Just checked - have Video Wall but no TV Panels - BTW --- Reached a milestone today ---- as follows:

Completed 150 Launches 1/17/2014 - see my updated Signature
A number of these were SOLO's due to crappy GI Software - the famous Ghost Launches that none of your neighbors can see -
You know immediately when you hit the JOIN then get bounced to your own launch.
Then you grit your teeth and set the timer for 24 hours of Hell !!!

I thought I sent a TV Panel to Ne2 a couple of days ago. Perhaps it did not get through.
