i guess that the item i called command control is a dispatch control. it looks like a keyboard with a small screen on the top right side and a microphone. :blush:

Without remembering the picture of it, I think the item, you are hoping for, is called a "Dispatcher Console". And it is one of those items, that can't be sent using a version after 1.31. But some in here are still using this old version. So it may take some time, until you get that Dispatcher Console...
