Hi All,

Thank you for your kind wishes.

In the event, I decided not to be evacuated when I learnt that I would be going to a leisure centre.

I monitored the river level which turned down around 3:00am and went to bed.

This morning the sun is shining and there is snow on the ground. Crazy British weather !!
