Anyone could give me the steps for this side quest? I didn't find in Wiki or old posts here

You got me. I couldn't find anything in my notebooks. Will continue looking but chances are slim that I will find something. I do remember the side quest because I had to build a Science Park and wait days for it to complete ... but that's all I remember.

One of the steps was to find Klandau in either research lab in your own town or someone elses. And I think flyers were supposedly made or headlines at newspaper building
