Android F20 Fuel Problem

I am in level 24. But still i have only MT1(3 unit) fuel to gift my each neighbours. Why it is happening?

The fuel only changes when updatde the game from GI not the level you reach.
If you have fuel 3 unit from the beginning that what you get even if you reach level 80 the same with fuel 20 unit.
The latest updates the fuel is not change any more.
I have account can send fuel 20 and account send fuel 3.

Typically you join a fuel ring with a second game/second account, called a "support account" or "fuel account". The only reason to have this account is to send f20 to other people in the ring. Your main game then receives fuel from the other players' support accounts.

It doesn't matter that your main game can't send fuel. To join a fuel ring start a new game on a different device. You usually will need a different device for each game (there are some other methods but I don't understand them). For example, my main game is on an iPad. My fuel support game is on an Android phone.

Play the second game (on a different device) until it's level 3. At that point you can see if it will be able to send fuel 20 in the future. If it shows passenger 10 as a future possible gift, that game is no good for fuel ring. Delete that game and try again. You might have to try a few times before you get a game that can send f20.

If i have place in my ring fuel i will add you and send fuel without return back to me but sorry i dont have.
Wait maybe someone of the members here he/she have a place can help you with that to send you fuel 20 and you send other gift for them.

I want to tell him that but i did not because no guaranty that he will get the fuel 20 as gift
I did this one month back 2 times and i get the passenger 10

I think my worst was 5 tries before I got fuel 20. It doesn't take a long time to get to level 3, though, maybe 5 minutes?

An Android emulator such as Nox is one way.

Make a new gmail acount. Make a new user on your Android device. Install AC and start a new game.
