Android Extra Coins

Curious as to why "Madelin" (The games AI) gave me 600 extra coins today when I logged into the game.

(Said I earned 200 coins x3)

Not complaining mind you just would like to know what triggered it and if I can increase it in any way.

I think a new neighbour gives you 200 coins.
