Excavation(TB,Condor) drop rates has changed?

I remember all excavation drop rates were "seldom".
However yesterday I noticed the excavation with Thunderbird and Condor types have lower drop rate, "very seldom".
Maybe this was my mistake, but wiki of this community also listed the drop rates are "seldom".

TB fly 500
Condor fly 600
This will give you a good drop even if its very seldom just use bonuses (SC, GD ...etc) and you will get more than you need drop items.

As far as I can recall TB and Condor have always been that way.
