Events timeline?

Does there exist a timeline for when events occur or do they vary too much? For example, Age of Ash, when does this occur? Or when will be the next scheduled one in 2021? I guess some just appear but aren't most regularly occurring where they can be documented?

There is some variance for some of the events. Easter events are always near Easter. Thanksgiving day events are always near Thanksgiving.

Events like Riding the Comet have no specific timeline (i.e. not tied to a holiday) so may vary from year to year.
