General Event buildings

I'm not participating in the event although the buildings look nice and I have been thinking about buying them --- which ones need items to construct? special items or items that are available when the quest ends? I don't want to buy any that I have to get items to build

@Blue Aero All 5 store buildings need nothing. They ought to convert into regular passengers after the event ends, so they will probably be useful even after the event. I stashed 6 Outdoor Cinemas for later use, as they seem to be the most efficient.
