iOS Does it come in black no tents showing

I'm level 56 username tazo94
For the does it come in black collection I cannot see any tents around my city. Is there a way I can fix this?

You need to build your stage to lvl 2 i think first then the tents appear.

Yes, you need to complete stage level 2 first.
