General Disappointing Launch

Is that all there is? I had my first green launch that a friend completed. What would I have gotten if I completed it? Are all the same? How often do you accumulate enough space stuff to try again? What is the protecall to ask for help but want to finish yourself? Collect the majority before asking for help?

Should I Just skip blue and just go for the red? I dunno, just hoped it would be a better experience which is why I want to know if it would have been different had I completed the majority of it

A launch is a launch, you get different prizes for first and second etc. You can see what these are clicking in the chests in the launch window. I'd go straight to red to get cash quicker and them build blue but you'll need to upgrade mission control twice. As for how often you can do it, lots of us do dozens daily using quantum leap bonus. Clicking on neighbours planetariums is the best way to get fuel.

How often do you accumulate enough space stuff to try again?

If you just look at the ranking, you can see that people do more than 7 launches per week, so they must accumulate it more frequently than daily.
If you're asking on HOW they accumulate, it's easy:
1) Visit neighbors with 5 Training Centers and click them. This gives you collection to start the launch. Tap Green pads / MCC1s if you don't have enough neighbors with many Training Centers.
2) Fly lots of planes to space destinations. Cape Canaveral, Baikonur, Observatories, etc. Those gives you items to complete collections and those collections give you launch chests.

They key is to have proper neighbors to visit, that is people who had spent hundreds of greens on getting max allowable amount of Planetariums, Astronaut Academies, Training Centers, etc.

For me here in England time reset at 12 gmt then I can visit 12 neighbours again. So say I activate golden dice at 11 visit 12 neighbours and an hour later it all resets so I can do 12 again.

Sorry if I ask to many question but I want to understand.When your time reset and you are able to visit you don't visit just with one hour before the time will reset again ? and like that you can visit twice with the bonus activate ? No ?

yeah, visit at the very end of day 1, wait until the clock moves to next day and then visit again at day 2.
Then you wait for rest of day 2 and almost entire day 3 to visit again at the end of day 3 and beginning of day 4. No way around "once per day limit".
The point is to determine when the clock turns.

@Radu81 There is a 24h period where you can visit, it always resets at the same time each day. For me (and m22) it is 0000GMT, so I activate the Golden Dice at 2000GMT, do todays visits, then when the timer resets at 0000GMT, I can visit my neighbours again with the Golden Dice still active. In effect, I can visit 2 days with 1 Dice

Mine resets somewhere between 4:30 & 5:00 pm - PST. (Not sure what will change when we go to PDT this weekend)
