iOS Decision: Terminal vs Tower

Trying to decide whether to upgrade:

1. Terminal to add 150 passenger to maximum, or
2. Tower to add a 12th hangar

I know “it depends” but any other advice I’d appreciate.

Almost always upgrade tower. You can add terminal capacity in other ways (Alien legacy, Space Travel Monument, Rocket Garden, Crop Circle, Luna Park) but towers are the only way to get more birds in the air.

Tower. You can always buy cheaper passenger buildings and hold them there if your terminal is full.

I would upgrade the tower unless you feel you are limited by your passenger stores. The extra 150 passengers you could store is likely nothing compared to what your city can produce. Another hanger lets you fly another plane which leads to higher passenger outputs and faster game progress.

Good choice. The only time you select terminal over tower is when your new plane capacity is bigger than your terminal size.
