Based on similar bugs from previous events, this means they want you to visit 10 buildings in your own city that you do not have built.
I have not yet received a task for 10x of a certain building, but maybe others here have. My first suggestion would be Halloween Shops or Cemeteries (just guessing here).

usually that 10/10 task is things like the halloween shop, or coffee bars. lol have yet to see them ask for us to visit eateries

Eateries, yes, the last event required such visits but don't believe for Dark Skies. Cemeteries are daily visit buildings and harder to acquire so unlikely, more likely to be Halloween Shops.

In past years, there was a visit the shop 5 times task which might relate. I haven't encountered this task yet but can say this type bug typically occurs if have event building(s) in warehouse not yet placed.

And the pop up windows (Bonuses, Guest planes etc) are nearly full window height & width. Doesn't affect gameplay, it is however annoying. I still like the game interface before updating, and I hope someone can report it to GI related personnel. The interface for landing and activities is too...

I had visit Halloween shop x 5. not x 10. And MAYBE I had "visit coffee shop x10"?????? But I'm not sure honestly.

Well, just figured out that it is Halloween Shop. I did not place the building and that's why I got that error. Once I placed the Halloween shop, The task changed.
