It is the new bright white paint developed in the USA.

It reflects 98% of the sun back to space, and if you paint your roof with it, it is more effective than air-conditioning.

I think 68 greenies to save the planet from global warming is a small price to pay

It doesn't fix the problem. I still have the 123123 offer.

That is because it is paint. Which your game does not know yet because you are on windows.
So it shows you a white square as default picture and i guess some kind of identifier for the object it is in game.

That makes sense. I had it on a windows game also. But no paint related offer on iOS nor android...
