Windows Control Tower L9-L10

Hi there

I have recently upgraded to Control Tower L9. Paid 8 greenies for immediate activation. I am being offered an upgrade to CT L10 for 2 million coins and I am able to buy the 11th Hangar.

BUT

I cannot send or receive the build items needed for CT L10. None are in my gift list to send. When a neighbour sends me, for example, a Technical Pen, I receive only Fuel 3.

Is there anything obvious I am missing?

You're probably out of synch with the server. Try rebooting the game and your computer and it might update.
Don't accept the f3 as when you can send and receive CT10 they will transform into the item that was sent.

I've tried the reboot of my laptop and restart of the game several times. The gift list remains unchanged.

Do you think it is possible that it is making me wait the 7/8 day build period even though I paid 8 green for immediate activation?

That's all I can think of...…..

Seems a bit dishonest to make you wait having paid. It might not correct itself until the main reset tonight.

Now the building is complete build not under construction because you paid 8 greenies.
You need items to open the building the neighbors who send you the items should be same your level and he not complete build the Ct Leve 10 the same with you if completed then you have the items for Ct L11 so to resend the gift he will receive fuel 3 and you will get fuel 3 if you did not pay the 8 greenies and during the days to complete the construction that time both of you can send each other the items.
Now you can use the free video for few days to get all items the best way to use free video 10 times per day is
Start the video till they said no more video for today let guest plane land and go back use the video it will work i can say every video you start wait a guest plane to land and so on.
This what i did with one of my account maybe works for you the same try it.

Sometimes I had to land 2 guest planes before the video worked, (kept getting the offer not available message), but I got 6 more videos and items for my Control Tower 11. woo-hoo!

YES its work fine with my accounts windows and android just do one thing land the quest plane then go for the video watched again repeat guest plane land and watch the video.

Great its work with you also you can add 10 passenger or fuel 20 by watching video and always land a quest plane you will get the 10 free video per day.
