Every weekend I make a list of my inactive neighbors. If they are still inactive by the next weekend, I remove them.

There will be a “zzz” next to their profile, which means they haven’t enter the game for a week.

I check a few times a week. Using the "inactive" sort. If it's a long-time player on a spare game, I leave it there. If they are inactive and they aren't on the forum and are newbies, I remove them right away.
