I've just opened up a blue flight launch (Sunday 24th January 9am London time) and have invested 1254 of 2000 resources so far - 2nd, 3rd places etc are up for grabs, depending on how much you want to put in, and the rewards you want in return. I will keep a eye on this launch for a few hours before closing and launching. Blue flyers welcome.
