Can't send gifts or collect from neighbors for more than two weeks !!

I'm really disappointed because of this :-(
i can not finish my quests also
is that beacause i'm a time traveller ??
and plz let me know if there any new update

The issue seems to be quite random and affecting random players. There are many players affected by it.

I have not been able to collect from neighbors nor send gifts for about four weeks. Then, all of a sudden on Sunday night, I was able to collect AND send gifts.

Alas, my joy was to be short lived because I was unable to collect or send gifts afterward.

Seems very sporadic.

It happened to me too ,two weeks ago,when I used to travel in time a lot .I was unable to visit my neighbors and to send them gifts for 3 or 4 days. From the moment I could visit neighbors until now I did not make any time travel and everything works fine. So,I think it's "time travel" fault.

You should try this:

first

1. close airportcity
2. turn the wiFI off
3. turn your tablet off
4. turn your tablet on
5. check if the wifi is off..if that is the case open airportcity.
6. try to visit. It will tell you dear something about you need internet conection
7. So turn internet on
8. wuala..you can visit and collect...
