General Can't fly to task destination

One of my alliance members has been given a flight to Moscow but they don't have the flight catering building yet. Is that normal?

I believe the tasks are arranged as follows;
1 - lowest level plane
2 - highest level plane
3 - plane player has most of (if this is equal i.e. 4 condors and 4 jumbos), it will revert to the plane which is of the higher level.

In this case, the game will not consider whether the additional buildings required to complete the flight(s) are owned, it looks purely at the aircraft owned (includes aircraft in reserve hangars too!).

It sounds as if the alliance member has just bought or used (from warehouse) a jumbo, without building the required buildings first.

If this is not the case, do let everyone know as it could be a glitch.

This week I have received all three alliance missions to be flown with the Condor but I don't have and I have never had that aircraft. Glitch or bug, the fact is that I will not be able to support my alliance this week in terms of tasks.

Worth knowing. Seems a bit mean though, as there are other flights that don't require Flight Catering.

I sincerely hope that is a glitch or bug, otherwise it is a pretty poor move.

Wasn't sure what was normal practice - so it could well be a bug then

This is a bug. Happened to my teammate last week. Support changed the flights next day.

If he has that aircraft, yes. It’s based on the airplane type, not on the existing facilities

I have one account using 6 thunder bird send them daily plus 3 Turboprop send them daily.
The Task mission
1 for turbopro
2,3 for thunders bird
I have other planes in the reserve hangar Falcon.
I think the task mission will choose lower planes if you have 3 planes or more from same type.
The same with high planes thats why i never have any task for Falcon.
Every week just for the planes turboprob and Thunderbird but if i sell the thunder bird and buy more falcon then it will be changed.

Thats the same as I found out with my support account, that you were able to build Red Pad, upgrade MCC to level 3, than fly with it to the space but could not return, because I had not required runway level Had to wait for several days until I earned that much cash to build it and than it landed.

From my experience with my smaller games, it’s just the way it is, for a long time. If you have the plane, any flight for that plane can be assigned, no matter what it needs additionally

Hi,
It is Friday and the problem has not been fixed yet. Lot of wasted time asking for screenshots and making questions they should know the answer about. I have the impression that those taking care of tickets in first instance have no idea about how the game works.
Now, I can only hope that this will not happen again. I will keep my fingers crossed.
