I can't buy the following buildings: collection agency, logistical center, police station. But have the required buildings built.

I can't buy the following buildings: collection agency, logistical center, police station. But have the required buildings built.

You need 6 of each previous building, e.g. 6 Visa Centres before you can buy a police station. You also need to be in a L5+ alliance at the time of purchase.
