Can u visit all neighbours?

Can you visit all of your neighbours every 24 hours?some of my neighbours allow me 2 send gifts but the visit icon isn't lit up so not allowing me to visit is this normal thx

Yes.
It depends upon what version they are playing as some of thealier versions did not allow visits to neighbours, eg. Bali 2, but they have access to a greater range of gifts, eg. Altimeters that we do not have access to.

That is correct, Bali 2 is on an older version that cannot visit neighbours (and hence cannot be visited).

But I am wondering why I can't visit my iOS neighbours from Bali Hi (this one is on current version) nowadays.
I used to be able to visit them, but now they all have their visit buttons greyed out.

currently on the iOS you can not visit anyone who is a "username" or anyone on an older verison of the android game

I have not tried the other way round yet...
