Building a hotel, big mistake?

Fairly new player here and hastily decided to build a hotel without noticing how hard it was to get the extra items needed to finish it!

Any kindly souls on here want to add me as a neighbor and gift me some Do Not Disturb, Both Towel, Disposable Shampoo, and All-inclusive Bracelets?
