A bug caused by the Cold War collection being the first or second collection when sorted by readiness. Uncheck "By Readiness" and you will be able to access everything.

I have that same issue. It’s so annoying and prevents you from claiming your collections from the event. You can’t even view your progress.

If you don't want to uncheck the "By readiness" option then you can alternatively scroll to the bottom and then up again. I personally prefer this way
