Android Bilding items from flight or gifts?

Hey,
i have a question about the building items needed for tower lvl 7. I have seen i can get them from flying to tokyo. But can i also get them sent as gifts from friends?

Would love to get a quick answer

You can get them from friends but only people who are currently able to build the same level building as you. Once you complete the building you get the item for next stage instead

But i haven't seen anyone who can send walks talky for excemple ...

That's because most people on this forum is past the level 7 building. Once you finish level 7 the items for it disappear from your gift list and the item for level 8 appears instead and so on.
