iOS Banned after the update

Just got back into my game after the update, all my neighbours are deleted, event not showing...I think I’m quitting this game soon, it’s a buggy shit and not fun anymore!!! 2nd time now!! Ban the real cheaters G!..please.

yup if I visit you says player blocked for violating policy - is this the time zone thing where they have alerts to people moving time zones..? happened to me, raise a ticket, send a screen shot of settings showing auto update, back in...
