Any way to get a cheap Tesla Power Plant?

Just wondering if anybody knows if it is possible to obtain cheap(er) Tesla Power Plants instead of having to pay up 30 precious airport cash? Do they ever appear on the daily offers?

You have to keep checking the offers, every time you open the game. They were there this morning, now it is windmills (produce 40 energy) half price at 8 greenies.

could be region, platform or even player I suppose - who knows with GI! - just have to keep an eye on them.

It would be interesting to know how it works. Maybe after the crazy update problems settle down, I will ask G!.

Mine is also now Collections Chest but Goldfinch which makes sense as is only helo I own. Also Android, East coast.

once in a while a get a Tesla offer
right now I’m being “offered” a QL for 44 EUR (43.99 in fact)
