Sulfe, android, can only visit iOS neighbors. All others have been "...away too long...". Wingit, also android, can visit all neighbors, even those that Sulfe can't. This is a new one. Help please.

Sulfe can, however, send and receive gifts to android, if this little tidbit of info helps.
