Aztec Pyramid quest was Turboprops and Jets. Stonehenge quest was Deltas and Powerful Deltas. It stands to reason that Ancient Greek Temple quest would be Jumbos ... but I sure hope not. That's just too much fuel and too many passengers. We'll see when the Airship arrives.
Cheers,
Tom

pretty certain it is jumbos, found this for facebook ac when these set of flights were released: "Do you remember Duke and his Airship store? He is coming back soon! He is also bringing back some cool items for jumbo jet owners!"
and in the comments found this: "haha, u want us to flight to the new Greek destinations with Jumbos? are you lost your minds???"
So looks like Jumbos for at least some and probably all of them, much to the delight of the person who wrote the comment!

UPDATE: Jumbos it is!
My Waverlyhuff2 game bought maps to Athens and Delphi for coin and a Map Set for greenies. I opened the maps just to get the info on them. Athens, Delphi, Thebes and Sparta all use Jumbos. I assume Troy does as well. Luckily, Waverly huff is already flying Jumbos to Houston.
Cheers,
Tom

Just finished my first Athens run.
I landed 18 flights and got eight Helm of Athena drops ... thanks to the four greenie Golden Dice.
The great news is that I didn't speed up any flights with fuel. I did, however, use Fuel Catalyst to accelerate the first leg of each of my initial nine flights. 18 flights on one map without using 100 fuel to speed up any planes is pretty great. Plus I got my first star and one additional Athens map. Will fly to Delphi tomorrow.
Cheers,
Tom

yep confirmed all destinations are Jumbos...

At Specialist and Master you get a map to the same destination

At Expert you get a Map Chest with three random maps to the destinations...

Each destination only drops one item for the collections - so you will have to fly to all 5 destinations.

Greensmith,

A bit of explanation please, as I am about to embark on this quest also.
You are flying 9 Jumbos. In order to complete 18 flights without using fuel, you need to do 2 runs within 6 hours.
As long as you use 1 or 2 Fuel Catalyst on each of the first 9 flights, they should all return back before the 6 hours is up, then you simply send them off again?

Bali Hi,
You still need to use 50 fuel (and 380 passengers) to fly each plane. What you don't need are the 100 units of fuel to land each plane immediately. I used a Fuel Catalyst on the first "speed up" icon and the flight advanced by 50 minutes. I didn't bother using a Fuel Catalyst on the second "speed up" icon. Instead of the flight taking six hours, it took five hours and ten minutes. So, yes, I could complete 18 flights on one map with only 50 units of fuel per flight. The trick is that the Fuel Catalyst "speed up" icon only flashes green and is active for one minute. I set a timer and was successful every time.
Cheers,
Tom

greensmith ..... Hercules is in the house !!!! 19 Jumbos on one map; now thats a pretty impressive feat. You must have had a bunch of fuel stocked up. I have 2 stars left to collect in my original powerful delta destinations (excluding chicago) before expanding my Jumbo fleet. I will probably endup with 4-5 jumbos max. I dont think ill get my 6 drops from 8-10 flights on one map even w/ the golden dice. I might endup using a second map. Many Thanks for sharing; This idea of using the fuel catalyst instead of speeding up planes is great. However, im not sure if i should use a secret faucet in combo with my golden dice to ensure fuel supply meets my demand as my jumbos land.. I dont have fuel stocks sitting there. i will have to use as i go. Any thoughts Tom?

Rsorour,
I waited until I had 6x50=300 fuel for six of my nine Jumbos. Since I land a Prometheus every day or so, I get a 150-unit fuel as a reward; that helps a lot. I also had a lot of Passengers in my Warehouse that I didn't need for the Stonehenge quest. Plus my maximum passengers is 1180 so I can launch six Jumbos right away and wait until the passengers and fuel refresh to launch three more. If you stagger the flights and use Fuel Catalyst your Jumbos should be able to land twice on one map without using a Secret Faucet.
Cheers,
Tom

greensmith Rsorour tdv Bali Hi how do you guys do it? I can't keep up!!!!billsnj Happy Helen Arne ???????????
Well, I have to confess that I can't either (keep up, I mean). It simply becomes too complicated/time consuming - the same about the fuel catalysts that requires you to be ready within one(!) minute to obtain the effect. Being mostly a casual, though daily player, I find it rather difficult to reach the goals, especially those 'ancient city' side-quests.
