I am sending lots of additional radars, am I missing something or why do I need them?

Secondly, how do I get a casino and is it worth my while?

I think the casino was a one-time special offer, just like the bank. If you didn't get it when the offer was ongoing you can't get it any longer. I didn't get one either(I don't have anywhere to put it). I did get the bank and got all the greenies it offered though.

This game desperately needs expansion options. I just completed the quest for the Sphinx, but I haven't put it up yet because of lack of space!!!

Whoo you may have to sell some stuff, it's hard but you must use the better buildings

Like LAX said, the Casino and the Bank offers were limited-time opportunities. I'm sure another will come along since they seemed to be very successful. That said, if you don't have a lot of gold and silver tokens, you shouldn't bother. My Waverly huff game bought four Casinos, then two Banks. Over the past month I've seen my greenies total go from around 300 to over 2,300 ... without spending any real money. The greenies come in handy because I buy Golden Dice to improve Collection drops and I buy Family Tickets from the Airship Store to triple my passengers. It's the only way to fly Giant planes efficiently.
