Android Alliance Reputation points not increased this week

We have an alliance on level 4 with 8/8 members. Last week, we had 197/200 alliance reputation points and despite having completed 10 alliance missions last week, that figure hasn't increased and we haven't levelled up. Anybody else notice the same? The last few weeks, we have completed the same number of alliance missions and the reputation points have slowly increased, but not this week.

I've raised a support ticket with GI in the meantime.
