Windows Alliance flights not all counting

I flew two planes last night to Tokyo (as on my Alliance task). This morning logged in and the planes had returned but not counted in the Alliance - still a ZERO. My husband also plays and he said he had a similar issue with his flights.

Bad enough Ads dont run - but now not counting flights correctly...what next?

This is a fairly common problem unfortunately.

Yes, fairly common. Don’t even waste your time raising a ticket, they will only deny it.
Last time it happened to me was Just a few weeks ago when I had saved thousands of units of fuel and passengers for a big run I managed 52 flights in a few hours on a giant destination and the counter just stopped for about 3 days, I did put a ticket in as I was so frustrated, Every flight I made did not count for 3 days - it must have been 2/300 giant flights all lost and GI just replied with the same old BS of nothing is wrong
