Okay if need be I stand corrected, but the small hotel, the one with lol the Samuel L Jackson look alike, we seek.... Back when I first started game and needed build it, i don't recall it costing 3 greenies to speed up. All I remember is it needed bath towels shampoo bracelet and one other item I think; to open.
I mean I can certainly wait 6 hours for it to complete building, but really!!!??? 3 greenies?
Maybe that's why so many request me as neighbor or accept, (the new people) only to realize, before level 10, they have spent their paycheck on the game. It seems all those who are in the game, most of em are the newcomers.

I think the game with windows is horrid, you get very spoiled on android and IOS. Yep, they want greens for everything. I don't know how players stay in the game, I think I'd quit from sheer boredom or impatience. My support game is windows 10 and it can just stay small as long as it can send fuel.

FB version is worst - you need a nbr help even if you have the repair parts (not to speed up, just to repair it!) and the fuel replenishment rate is like 3m per drop! I only keep that account to see new events details.

But look at some cities from win players, they don't look much different from other platform players. Only difference is CBM buildings as android\IOS had that cheap offers year before win. So it is manageable. Just take more time, patience and strategy. I'm very proud of my city as it looks great for the money I spent in the game. But I spent a lot of time and with good planning it can be achieved.

Because companies that sell their apps (IE: microsoft) will be withholding the 18% VAT out of the money their apps earn starting on january 1, 2017 (I have two apps in the windows store and microsoft sent the email to developers today)
