Add QL later than start

I found out that you can add your QL even AFTER pushing start of your rocket.
Awesome.
So there are a new launch in about 2,5 hours.

Yes.
If you add QL just after rocket start new time is about 2 hours.
If you add QL after 12h after rocket start new time is about 1 hour.
