This is what is posted on AirportCity Facebook yesterday. It appears this building was given for reaching level 20 in the event. But I see Tree of Love for level 20 prize. Are they posting images from several years ago without checking the content?

Yes, older image, which seems more commonplace nowadays for G!. 🤕 Twisting Tower was a prior level 40 reward but this iteration is Crystal Manor. See the event wiki which details this:

Airport City (AC) is 12 years old and running solely off the fumes of its huge early success. Game Insight (G!) is currently operating with a skeleton crew after releasing 95% of its staff + resources so no fixes, features, etc. in foreseeable future.
