alliance reputation points

I flew two planes last night to Tokyo (as on my Alliance task). This morning logged in and the planes had returned but not counted in the Alliance - still a ZERO. My husband also plays and he said he had a similar issue with his flights. Bad enough Ads dont run - but now not counting flights...

We have an alliance on level 4 with 8/8 members. Last week, we had 197/200 alliance reputation points and despite having completed 10 alliance missions last week, that figure hasn't increased and we haven't levelled up. Anybody else notice the same? The last few weeks, we have completed the same...
