Did you start that launch or did you join someone else's launch? if it's your launch you could try posting a "Green QL needed" sort of a thread and see if anyone joins.

you'll have to wait for the launch you're in to complete first, you can't abandon a launch once started.

There are some "rules" in one of the stickied forum threads but generally it's considered bad form to pass someone that's already got 576 point in towards the launch

The last launch got the quest done for me, thanks again.

Furthermore; I don't believe I started this launch. The game still showed 20 points out of 2000 remaining/needed AFTER I had added my resources to the launch. Maybe my game was lagging behind and I did actually add the last points, but it didn't look that way on my end.

No disrespect meant, and not trying to "pull a trick". I saw one of my neighbors had a launch going so I joined it. I didn't see any special rules/instructions in the thread you started other than asking people to respond if they wanted captain, and if there was a response later in the thread...
