Is there an event currently. I don't see one on Android. Yesterday, in the Google Play store, I saw an event that was supposed to end on 5/26, yet there was no update button to click. Today, there is an update button but no mention of an event.

I moved from an identical iPad 3 to another and my most frequent problem is while/after playing ad and when visiting neighbors. Through their support I was able to carry over my profile nearly perfectly. I don't remember but I may have lost friends but support has since been able to restore...

Exactly what happened to me. Then I start new ticket and they ask me to describe problem. So frustrating!

Update 7.13.28 on iOS fixed but lost all friends and my alliance leadership, although ghost me is level 1 leader. Any way to get friends back? I've asked GI and am waiting.

Anyone with profile damage issue, please share fix. They responded in game but I can't access response.

I submitted ticket about constant crashes and they close it without responding. Try to submit follow up and the site has constant 502 Bad Gateway errors. So many years, so much frustration!

I'm saying their tech support don't know squat. Yes, we're on same wifi but it's not a wifi problem. They just justify that as an excuse. I have no other issues with wifi or crashes with other apps on iPad. Only this game.

They always blame me for having a bad internet connection and vids keep crashing iPad. Why then does my wife's android connected to same wifi never crash. They keep asking for log files but the iPad isn't creating them. PITA

Same happened w/my Jet to Bahamas (close to Bermuda Triangle? ;) ) I assume after 4hrs it'll be back but then again it is GI programmers ,huh?
