Win10 - is a full version. I was notified by MS to sign up to get it free. I suggest make sure you have plenty of time to install it onto your PC and patience. There's going to be a lot of updates to programs you have on you PC. But, I have like win10 ever since. I feel it is better the win...

I figured it out. On windows 10, the pc gets sluggish and load times are slower. i am starting recognize the sypmtoms when it an update. So when i rebooted pc....whoala....an update was indeed the cause of the problem. Game is working fine and so is the PC. Thanks for the advice @KenDuckySmith.
