Thanks for the response. Contacting GI was the wise thing to do. Trying to resurrect the game with their support. What baffles me more is adding neighbors / sending gifts / joining group launches

Hacking is not what i have done, may be a crash of device did some problem, anyways thanks for help. looking ahead what GI can do and restore. Otherwise will wipe off this game and restart afresh to reach heights again.

An Update: Third rejoinder email came from GI. Mentioning same details and a 3rd code. I have applied all 3 codes but to no avail. My ability to invite android players is not yet restored, my gifts are not reaching destinations, i can not join or invite friends for spaceship launches. :(...

I received your gifts and also hit the send back button to Fuel 20. There is still block on my game as per their logs. I have been given second code to restore the game and I am going to try today evening to reset the game. Apparently I cant invite people on android / My gifts seems to vanish...

it seems I cant add you or invite any one else and as my rocket already on launch pad cant join you. will launch today and then see what hampers my social networking. have alreay contacted GI support about it.

Okay an update. I have emailed GI with a followup request to restore warehouse and neighbors. One thing I noticed, my invites to add as neighbors are not reaching android users. I tried with ios usernames and it succeded. Right now showing @B738! @dr_fly @Robby Kusuma (for game Tadashi2) and...
