They were in the ADD tab and I clicked the green check to add them. They are now in the WAITING tab and are stuck there. A few days ago, I cleared out the whole WAITING tab, but the problem persists. They are stuck in "AWAITING REPLY" status. Argghhh !!! I will e-mail support re: the black screen.

I'm having the same problem. I add new neighbors in the first tab of the neighbors menu. I have 22 people in the waiting tab, but no green checks for any of them and the "add everyone" button at the top does nothing. I have 3 neighbors (including Malden Airborn). When I try to add someone, I get...
