I haven’t been able to restore my progress after reinstalling the game and have been locked out of my account for over a week now. I’ve contacted customer support 4 times now and have heard nothing back. Is anyone else having an issue getting ahold of customer support?

3 times now the ad videos for the Game Studio upgrades have played the entire ad and then stay in a black screen. After restarting the game, no reward is ever given. Please fix this.

I really hate the new event format. Seems like the devs want us to spend more and more money on greenies. I’ve already spent so much money on greenies over time that I shouldn’t ever need to. Miss the days when event currency could be used to buy things. I don’t even really want to participate...
