Any ideas on how to successfully download latest update please?

Anyone else struggling to download latest update. New update this morning but obviously corrupted. Can’t log in and unsure what to do next? Thanks in advance Helen

@Mahatma F20 currently joined them in Red Launch with QL, only two of us and need support please to complete the launch. Many thanks, needs 600 fuel.

Sorry neighbours @Aviator TD , I have obviously a bug and can’t add fuel to my current red launch. Can any other neighbour please join and assist @Aviator TD ? I’ve messaged GI but replies are very slow. Many thanks
