hi guys I have noticed that the buildings under construction doesn't count. What you need to do is to lower your poulation under the limit and then build all what you need. I know it doesn't solve our problem but for a while it can help.

I have just noticed that I'm not allowed to buy more than 6 Flight Catering Facilities :( Does anyone else have the same? I have noticed that plenty of my neighbors have 8 Facilities. If I cannot built more I need now only 2 Defrosters. UPDATE: have got both defrosters :)
