Patience was always one of my biggest virtues and now I just want to know how it will work out with skipping it. I'll keep updating the thread here as I progress and tell all if I would do it again or not. In the end, I may win or loose some time or money but my game won't be ruined either way...
or is the forum awfully slow at the moment?
I tried it from two different computers but both seem to load endlessly if they succeed at all.
Other pages load fine.
You're welcome.
When you go to your neighbour's list, you should also use the option to visit your neighbours and to click on whatever you like there. You can either get free fuel, free cash or free passengers, depending on the building you click on.
The neighbour you visit gets a bonus from...
Welcome to the forum. Your signature says:
The good thing about sending gifts is that you do not even need to have something in order to be able to send it.
You just need to check the "gifts" box and then see what you can send to friends. You can send 19 gifts per day but only one to each of...
Welcome to the forum, you'll find great advice here from many players who play the game for a long time already. I profited much from them and I'm sure you will, too.
I'll send you an invite.
Great that you list what you can send, you should also list what you need currently to complete anything...
It's a bit late now at level 45 but I'll try anyway to keep all my collections stored until I reach level 51 where I need to start rejecting them and then hit them out in a row to level up as fast as possible and see how far that will get me. Hopefully, I won't have to wait for too long then...
As I wrote in other threads, I planned to save for runway 6 now since I'll soon reach level 51 where it becomes available and where there will also be guest planes requiring it.
I hate rejecting guest planes and that was my reason for wanting to have it right when I get to level 51.
However...
That's why I asked if there were important ones and nobody mentioned one. Now that we know there seems to be one that is required to gift these items, we need to find out which one it is and see how easily it can be done.
Then I'll start paying attention to them again. When I found this forum, I asked about them and someone said "Side quests are not your friend" and so I kept ignoring them since then and only enjoyed it when one was won by accident. ;)
I didn't pay attention to this so far. I completed my control tower 5 as well and I don't see any items for level 6 in my giftable items apart from the goggles that I could send already right from the beginning.
Welcome to the forum, @Eddie the Eagle
It helps when you configure your signature through your profile settings and enter there which items you are looking for and also which ones you can send yourself.
We've all been there ourselves, flying to the same destination countless times to get that...
Yes, forgot to mention the obvious. :) As a sidenote: I noticed that you often find the item you need to fly to a certain destination on the flight one or two positions above that flight, see here the example for Thailand and San Francisco:
You're most welcome. Of course, you can also search the other way round, so if you need e.g. fuel additives, it tells you:

Not really a list but you can look for every destination in the wikia. As an example, here is the entry for London:
http://airportcity.wikia.com/wiki/London
and it lists:
Flight Rewards
Gold Coins: 11
Experience: 87
Common Items: Aircraft Tire (very seldom)
Arabic Coin (very seldom)

Not in my view. Some even suggest that drop rates might be better with more than one runway but I don't know if that is true. To me, it is simply convenient to let guest planes come in while own planes take off since I save time spent on waiting until they all do it one after another. Since I...
