There are a number of buildings that list every item as always dropping, when actually it means 1 item will drop every day.... false advertisement.

Like most bonuses, and many buildings GI advertise, the wording is bad. You get 10 visits to your normal neighbour visit allowance.

It is worth noting that how taxing it is depends on your level, what planes you have, and how many of each you have. When you reach the higher levels it becomes really quite difficult.

Once collected by the Visa Centre the normal building refresh time applies. You can run the contract days or weeks before you move these from the VC to your terminal - this way you can have 2 waves of passengers for your map flights. Bonus square is a must anyway - you can double your numbers...

2 words, Visa Centre. It'll cost you 20 gold tokens, and a number of Silver (I can't remember how many). With 1 of these, you should be able to get yourself the passengers you need. Do a search for them and drop a message if you can't work it out.
