I didn't get credit for 8 alliance mission flights to Minneapolis. I got the message saying I was specialist of this flight which is 100 flights but my alliance counter said I had only done 92. I've learned to make sure the golden notebook tab is open before I completed any flights.

I'm on Android and it hasn't affected me yet. I just checked my warehouse and have over 100 of several items. With the all the furor over the last update I don't think GI would be smart to introduce another penalty. They will probably loose a lot of old time players over this one.
