I paid for silver, then upgraded to gold which was fine for 24 hours, then fell back to silver despite the subscription in play store saying I'm on gold. Fed up with waiting .. getting one line answers like do I play on other devices etc.. not actually dealing with the issue. Their helpdesk...
I must say .. the helpdesk response times - both from the GI support website and in-game tech supp - are very poor!! Last response I received was 4 days ago!!! And I'm trying to get support for a paid feature ...
I have paid for a Gold sub which was working all day yesterday and shows up in the subscriptions section of the Play Store, but the game is today reporting I have a Silver sub and is prompting me to upgrade. Anyone else having issues? I've sent in a support request (fingers crossed).
