Sadly nets cannot be gifted - only way to get them is by visiting neighbour - make sure you pick up the 1st lot of nets from the neighbour (about 3) then do not click on anything else - come away from their air port and visit again - the 2 clicks will be still left and 2 more nets will appear...

Looking at your friend code I though you were on the other version... yes you can only add 5 neighbour per day...
