This is what I did today: I used a spyglass and one jet. I activated the area 51 map and would accelerate the flights with extra amounts of fuel I had saved. I ended up with 3/4 of the plasma blasters, and just need trigger/plasma reactor and laser sight. I also got 3/5 from the truth is out...

The fighter plane is tough, I just used greenies. I still have yet to use it due to my low level. Also, I only have a few maps to Area 51. You need many because they last only 6h.
