You have multiple accounts, both in-game and on this forum. You've cheated on every one of them. You never made a purchase of any kind.
You're wasting both my time and our support team...
We've checked the users you've mentioned as we check any suspicious activity reported both by other players and our automated systems. Those were indeed the cheaters, and they are now banned.
Update is done on our part and is on its way. But unlike Google Play, App Store has this thing called "approve" which has to be done by them every time for any update. It can take anywhere from three days to several weeks. We all hope this will be done rather sooner than later.
Thanks again for sharing your results with leprechauns. We've finally found what's the issue with them (Windows and Facebook versions are not affected by it). Hold on to your horseshoes for now while we have it fixed. My sincere apologies.
Well, it's not a bug, you are just really out of luck. I was interrogating leprechauns myself today and got two collectible items out of 20 tries. Don't give up just yet!
However since many of you seem to despair we will extend the time of event for it to be less of a challenge. Good luck!
Dave, unfortunately as of now we have no solution for your problem, although we're looking for it. E-mail posted above is indeed the one you should contact if you are stuck with misunderstanding from GI Support, but this time we can't help as of yet.
